Web marketing has been phenomenal; it's now clearly a major influence in the property market. We advertise on the leading property websites including Rightmove, Find a Property, Property Finder and Fish 4 Homes, as well as our own friendly-to-use Church's website which is updated daily with extensive full colour details of your property including map views and aerial views.
Email marketing
Email marketing allows us to send details of properties to prospective customers. Our database instantly matches customers with properties coming onto the market.
Open house marketing
This marketing is an innovative selling tool where properties are open to the public for viewing at specified times during a specific day. This type of marketing isn't for everyone. However, we would be only too happy to discuss this type of marketing with you on a one to one basis.
Hours of business
We are open 7 days a week until 7pm weekdays, until 5pm Saturdays and open Sundays. We can also be contacted out of business hours, which we feel gives you, the customer that little extra.
