I would like to thank Church's Estate Agents for their hard work during the sale of our property.
Despite a complicated sale and purchase transaction and with our original buyer pulling out at the 11th hour, and our second buyer threatening to do the same, Church's kept us very well informed (even more so than our solicitor), and did everytyhing in their power to hold the chain together. They were always helpful, professional and willing to give us their time.
They quickly produced a lot of interest in our flat with many potential buyers viewing quickly and a lot of offers arising from these viewings (the second time around being at very short notice with us needing an offer "yesterday").
I would recommend, without heistation, their services to anyone as despite the bad press that estate agents often get Church's deserved every penny (and more!) of their commission/fee. They really did go "above and beyond the call of duty" and I truly believe that had we gone with any other estate agent, our transaction would have fallen apart, and we wouldn't be sitting in our new home today!

I bet you thought Keith and I had forgotten about writing to you to say how wonderful you all were during what was a very difficult 9 months last year, well we haven't!
As promised I am writing this email to express our sincere thanks to you for all the hard work you put into selling our home. Everyone from the Church's team went out of their way, in fact often over and above expectations, to make sure our house move went as quickly as possible.
I'd especially like to say a personal thank you to Neil whose ear I bashed on several occasions (I'm sure he misses me now I'm moved and settled!) for remaining cool, calm and positive in often very frustrating situations to which nobody had any control.
Another thank you goes to John for his 'firm, no messing but pleasant' way of doing business. His communications with out buyers and their solictors was spot on and he always eventually (along with Ian of course) got the answer/result we were looking for.
Not forgetting Dean, whose smiling face and likeable character kept Keith and I's spirits up when we felt despondent.
